Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
Hawg Supply ships orders every Monday and Thursday (excluding holidays). Orders placed before 12 PM PST on shipping days will typically go out the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff will ship on the next scheduled shipping day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after shipment):

  • Domestic (United States): 2–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on the most reliable and efficient option for your order.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Hawg Supply is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Hawg Supply is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hawgsupply@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
